Who is Jungle IT?
Jungle IT is an IT solutions provider. The company is focused on helping businesses navigate complex IT needs with a people-centered approach to service. They emphasise strong client relationships and long-term support, offering personalised solutions across a variety of sectors.
Market Opportunity
The UK's IT services market is estimated at around £48 billion in recent years, with a steady annual growth rate projected as digital transformation accelerates. But competition is intense, with established players and specialised SMEs vying for market share.
The Brief
Refresh the brand position to reflect the maturing of the business and to support Jungle’s future growth ambitions.
DIAGNOSIS
We undertook a phase of research using the 3Cs methodology - customer, competitor and company. What became clear was that in an impersonal, tech led market, clients buy relationships and people. Aptitude had to be matched by attitude. A functional and emotional fit is desired.
Jungle needs a position that supports becoming a relationship building machine.
STRATEGY
This strategy shifts Jungle’s focus from tech solutions to business needs, emphasising that understanding people drives IT decisions. Success comes from deeply understanding both the people and their business.
